Step-by-Step Instructions
| Step | Instruction |
|---|---|
| 1 | Introduction to the activity: Show the sheet with boxes 1–5 and explain these represent the correct order to build a snowman. |
| 2 | Explore the picture cards: Hand over the five cutouts (e.g., gathering snow, rolling, stacking, adding face, finishing touches). Let the child observe and describe each picture. |
| 3 | Sequencing the first step: Ask what happens first when building a snowman. Place that cutout in Box 1 using Velcro. |
| 4 | Complete the sequence: Continue placing the remaining cutouts in Boxes 2–5 in order. Encourage self-correction by talking through the story aloud. |
| 5 | Review & recap: Revisit each step together. Say the sequence aloud from gathering snow to the finished snowman. |
